Hi, I'm Todd Saunders
It’s a pleasure to meet you!
As far back as I can remember, I’ve loved construction. When I entered high school, I started doing summer jobs in various construction fields.
After high school, I went on to study civil engineering, leading to me becoming a field superintendent for a commercial construction company. After spending ten years in the commercial side of construction, I transitioned back to residential construction.
My personal life mission is to help people in any way I can. I started doing this by joining the volunteer fire department.
Now I want to help you be comfortable in and love your home.

Saunders Construction & Renovation, LLC focuses on providing a seamless and pleasurable experience which includes but is not limited to excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship.
We are a full-service, North Carolina Licensed construction company specializing in home remodeling, renovations, and building additions.
Recent projects include whole house remodels, kitchen and bath remodels, exterior repairs, small additions, decks, and porches. Highlights of our exterior work include siding, window, and door replacement.

We have had Todd for two projects, both which were completed in a very professional manner. Installation of window trim and painting, and installation of fencing for containment of trash and recycling bins. Todd is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We will be asking him to do some kitchen remodeling this fall.
