For a 2,000 square foot home, upgraded floor refinishes, minor upgrades to kitchen and bath, new paint throughout home, upgrading lighting and plumbing fixtures.

Average Whole Home Renovation*

$225k

For a 2,000 square foot home, minor reconfiguration of rooms as needed like doorways and entries, updated floor refinishing for tile and hardwood floors, standard remodel kitchen and bath, upgraded lighting fixtures throughout the house, and updated plumbing fixtures.

High-End Whole Home Renovation*

$385+

For a 2,000 square foot home, a complete reconfiguration of rooms as needed, full bath and kitchen remodels with custom work, installation of new tile and/or hardwood flooring, custom lighting reconfiguration and fixtures, plumbing reconfiguration and fixtures, sprucing of exterior finishes like new paint, minor wood repairs, siding repairs, and updating exterior light fixtures.
